Pre-Referral Requirements

Before referring, ensure the following investigations are completed:

Referral Process
Verbal Dictation Required
Once investigations are arranged and results are back, complete a verbal dictation for referral.
- Arrange all required blood tests
- Arrange chest X-ray (within 4 weeks)
