🩺 Medical Admission
Contact SDEC
Medical referrals go via SDEC (Same Day Emergency Care), unless the patient is being sent via 999 ambulance. Phone: 0300 707 2361

Email Referral Required
You must send a copy of the referral letter via email to wwl-tr.sdec@nhs.net — even if the patient is being sent via 999 ambulance.
🔪 Surgical Admission
Contact Details
Phone: 01942 244000 When calling, explicitly mention this is a surgical referral. You may be put through to the SAU (Surgical Assessment Unit), or they may bleep 6656 (Surgical SHO).
🧸 Paediatrics Admission
