TIA Clinic Referrals
Process Overview
TIA clinic referrals are done on a form in SystmOne. Check what information is needed before sending the patients as some questions may not be in the record or you may not have checked (eg: pulse rate).
Referral Process
- Complete the TIA clinic referral form in SystmOne
- Check all required information is included (pulse rate, etc.)
- Dictate a note after completing the form
- Ask secretaries to send the referral
