Overview
Information to help patients who are on waiting lists and may have been lost in the process.
Check If They’re on the Waiting List
You can check the referrals tab on SystmOne to see if there is an outgoing referral for the patient.
Patient Chase Number
If there is an outgoing referral and the patient hasn’t heard, you can give them this number to chase up their appointment:

Please Note
Please don’t ask the secretaries to chase up a referral to see if it is in progress unless a patient/family member isn’t able to do this as it generates a lot of extra work.
