The Mental Health Urgent Response Team and Community Mental Health Team have merged to form the Wigan Specialist Community Mental Health Team (Wigan SCMHT).

Referral Process
- Complete the ‘GMMH Adult CMHT Referral Form – v06-06-23 – Wigan CCG’ on S1
- Dictate a message to the secretaries who will email the form to SCMHTReferrals@GMMH.nhs.uk
