Eligibility
There is no age barrier to admission for the Virtual Ward.
The service has experience managing the following conditions:

Support Structure
Care Team
- Ongoing care is taken over by the Virtual Ward team
- Reviewed by a designated Consultant on the Virtual Ward round
- Blood test monitoring and intravenous therapies available via the Hospital at Home team
